ORGANIC Kamut®-wholegrain noodles
Kamut® - well known as the "grain of the paraohs, a few decades ago re-discovered
in the tomb of a pharaoh, it has a very characteristic and amazing composition of
ingredients and is extraordinary rich on vital and essential substances.

ORGANIC Kamut®-Khorasan-wholegrain flour
Thus it becomes a pleasure:
Cook it in enough fizzy, hot water (1Liter water for 100gr noodles) for 6 - 7minutes,
drain the noodles and perhaps, before enjoyment, refine it with some olive oil.
You should adapt the suggested cooking time to your own taste by trying - but
they should be "al dente"!
