ORGANIC Einkorn-kamut®-wholegrain noodles
Einkorn - the oldest recognized grain in the world today, gives our noodles an aromatic
and nutty taste. Together with a little amount of kamut® in there, it creates a golden brow
and exquisite treat for your body, heart and soul.
This is in it:
ORGANIC Einkorn-wholegrain flour; ORGANIC Kamut®-wholegrain flour
Thus it becomes a pleasure:
Cook it in enough fizzy, hot water (1Liter water for 100gr noodles) for 5 minutes,
drain the noodles and perhaps, before enjoyment, refine it with some olive oil.
You should adapt the suggested cooking time to your own taste by trying - but
they should be "al dente"!
