ORGANIC Emmer-wholegrain noodles
Emmer - an ancient and traditional grain, which belongs to the "our" region in the south
of Germany, since many centuries, and makes a very unique heartful tasty and easy
digestible treat for the body.
This is in it:
ORGANIC Emmer-wholegrain flour
Thus it becomes a pleasure:
Cook it in enough fizzy, hot water (1Liter water for 100gr noodles) for 6-8 minutes,
drain the noodles and perhaps, before enjoyment, refine it with some olive oil.
You should adapt the suggested cooking time to your own taste by trying - but
they should be "al dente"!
