ORGANIC Spelt-wholegrain noodles - made from the original seeds of spelt
In the big pack - for the sake of the environment!
For our Spelt pasta we only use ORGANIC spelt wholemeal flour from
the original form of spelt, which is not crossed with wheat (Oberkulmer
Rotkorn, Franckenkorn, Schwabenkorn and Bauländer Spelz).

Thus it becomes a pleasure:
Cook it in enough fizzy, hot water (1Liter water for 100gr noodles) for 5 - 7 minutes,
drain the noodles and perhaps, before enjoyment, refine it with some olive oil.
You should adapt the suggested cooking time to your own taste by trying - but
they should be "al dente"!
