ORGANIC Spelt noodles
The fine chestnut flour combines with our original wholemeal spelt flour into
a wonderfully smooth noodle with a typically nutty flavour.
Enjoy them with deer, South Tyrolean Style with bacon & mountain cheese
or sometimes sweet with stewed plums, cinnamon & sugar and orange zest.

ORGANIC Spelt-wholemeal flour, Organic Chestnut flour (34%)
Thus it becomes a pleasure:
Cook it in enough fizzy, hot water (1Liter water for 100gr noodles) for 5 - 7 minutes,
drain the noodles and perhaps, before enjoyment, refine it with some olive oil.
You should adapt the suggested cooking time to your own taste by trying - but
they should be "al dente"!
